Thank you for sharing this article. It is true, having a quality backlinks are really good and help in higher google backing. But at the end it does matter, whether you are linking your site that addresses the similar topic. It should be relevant. Else it is of no use.

I appreciate your critique. Of course, I have been inspired by various sources (about 5 different websites), one of them being your article from SEL. Though, the aim of this article was to describe the most common SEO myths and mistakes. And I do believe these are the most frequent – so it is logical I couldn’t reinvent the wheel.
